Festive Cocktails at Sarkies Bar

Get into the spirit of the season with our festive Chandon sparkling wine cocktails that have been prepared by our mixologists in collaboration with Moët & Hennessy. Journey through these four cocktails including the French 75, a blend of gin, lime, and Chandon sparkling wine, and Raspberry 57, a combination of raspberries and red berries, vodka and Chandon sparkling wine. Continue the exploration with a Strawberry Bowler, that brings together strawberries, cognac, white wine, and Chandon sparkling wine. The final cocktail is the Golden Glamour, a cocktail that was specially created for the 82nd Annual Academy Awards in 2010, a delightful blend of vanilla rum, passionfruit topped with sparkling Chandon.
