Valentines X New A La Carte Menu Launch


This Valentine’s Day, The Strand Restaurant is celebrating love of all things local and seasonal with a four-course tasting on the release of its new A La Carte Menu. In their quest to provide a farm-to-table experience, Chef de Cuisine Xavier Fauvel and his team are working closely with trusted farmers and artisans across the country to source the freshest organic products. The new A La Carte Menu showcases the bountiful ingredients found in Myanmar whilst fusing French technique and influence.
